With more than 30 years of experience, Christine brings a deep track record of strengthening quality systems, advancing operational performance, and guiding organizations through meaningful, measurable improvement. Her career began in hands‑on quality assurance roles, progressing into quality engineering and systems auditing, where she gained experience in problem‑solving, compliance, customer requirements, and continuous improvement practices. Christine later advanced into technical and quality leadership, managing teams, implementing site‑wide quality management systems, preparing organizations for customer and third‑party audits, and supporting the qualification of new products and processes. Christine spent more than a decade leading multi‑site quality and food safety programs - identifying systemic gaps, driving corrective action, developing training, and guiding locations through certification and regulatory expectations. 


Christine applies this deep operational and leadership background to help clients strengthen strategic direction and achieve consistent, reliable results. She manages project data, proposals, and final reports with precision, providing clear visibility into risks, opportunities, and operational needs. Christine conducts detailed site assessments that translate observations into actionable improvements across quality systems, food safety controls, workflow efficiency, and operational consistency. With expertise in ISO frameworks, food safety standards, and continuous improvement methodologies, and credentials as a Certified Quality Auditor (CQA), certified Food Defense Coordinator, and Six Sigma Green Belt, Christine transforms complex requirements into practical, achievable pathways for organizational success.
