Ed Krueger
Edward (Ed) Krueger is Director of the Center for Innovative Change, LLC., a national consulting firm specializing in criminal justice, leadership, asset protection, and management training. A noted national speaker, he provides consulting services to private, government, and tribal agencies regarding site security, crime reduction, leadership and management, and interagency collaboration.
Before his current position, Krueger served as the Program Administrator for Fox Valley Technical College’s (FVTC) National Criminal Justice Training Center. While at FVTC, Mr. Krueger held numerous positions, including law enforcement instructor, Chair of the Criminal Justice Department, Director of the Criminal Justice Center for Innovation, and Program Administrator for the National Criminal Justice Training Center. Mr. Krueger collaborated with OJJDP to develop child protection training for FVTC and played a key role in creating numerous national training initiatives. Key initiatives included the following programs: Missing and Exploited Children, Child Fatality Investigations, the Amber Alert program, the Amber Alert in Indian Country initiative, and the Internet Crimes Against Children program. During his tenure at FVTC, he had a significant impact, touching every police agency in the state, including efforts to advance education and increase access to certification for the state’s tribal police officers. He also served as director of the regional police academy and local in-service training. Before joining FVTC, Krueger served as a police officer in Dubuque, Iowa.
Tribal experience: Mr. Krueger has had a great impact on the tribes in Wisconsin and throughout the Country. This history of working with the tribes has a broad range of effects. He has helped address sensitive situations, such as the spearfishing crisis in Northern Wisconsin, and major efforts to improve multi-jurisdictional and multidisciplinary collaborations throughout the country. Specific collaborations throughout his career include support for the development of the National Native American Law Enforcement Association, the Native American Law Enforcement Summit, the National Multi-Jurisdictional Law Enforcement Conference, and many regional and state-wide collaborative efforts.
International and National Security experience: Mr. Krueger is an internationally recognized subject matter expert on security, loss prevention, and asset management. He has worked throughout the world to develop security protocols for securing sensitive areas and individuals. He consults on security protocol for National Presidential Debates, NFL Football Teams, and many major events and large corporations.

In addition, he has authored numerous articles and is editor of the Accident Prevention Manual for Business & Industry: Security Management, 2nd Edition, published by the National Safety Council.
Krueger holds a Master of Arts degree in Education Administration from Loras College, as well as a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville. Before college, Krueger proudly served in the United States Air Force Security Service.
